What We Bake
Three counters, one shop
Hong Kong style breads
Shelf after shelf of buns and breads, baked through the day and wrapped individually with the Domies seal. Black sesame with egg yolk, almond sock biscuits, and the rest of the counter.
Mooncakes and swiss rolls
Mooncakes in their printed wrappers when the season comes around, including pure durian paste. Swiss rolls year round, including the purple ube.

What people come in for
The counter changes through the day as things come out of the oven. Call the shop if you want something specific put aside.

Whole celebration cakes
Fresh fruit on top, cream and chocolate down the sides, and your greeting piped on in red. The cakes go home in the bakery's own purple and gold box.

Mango cake
Wrapped in sheets of mango, crowned with strawberries and mango, and finished with a piped cream border.

The bread shelves
Buns and breads laid out along the shop, each one wrapped and stamped with the Domies seal. Worth walking the whole row before you choose.

The chilled case
Fruit tarts, layer cake slices and swiss rolls, including the purple ube, kept cold at the front of the shop.

Celebration cakes leave the counter with the message piped across the top in red Chinese calligraphy, done by hand, for birthdays and the milestone occasions families come in for.
